In some workplaces the term 'chained to your desk' is a metaphor - we'll have none of that moderate nonsense here at sisson photography.
Happy New Year!
Yep, it's April and we are just getting around to celebrating the New Year online... You may have some questions relating to our absence.
Where the hell have you been? Nowhere. In fact we haven't left our home town of Alexandra for more than a day since the 3rd of January.
What the hell have you been doing? Plenty. We have been busy writing another eBook on Landscape Photography post-production and workflow. It has been dubbed 'The Beast' by Naomi, the graphic designer at dPS - she was tasked with laying up nearly 250 pages of detailed post-production tips, tricks and techniques. It launches next week - we will keep you posted!
You'd think you'd be able to write a post or two in three months? You would - but it turns out that after 8 - 10 hours of writing the last thing you want to do is spend another hour writing a blog post. Or touch a keyboard. Or talk about photography. Or anything for that matter - writing is brain-draining.
When will we see some new photos? Soon, real soon - we are booked on a 4-5 week North Island excursion that starts next week - we can't wait to hit the road with the caravan in tow!
In the interim here's a pretty picture from Dunedin - see y'all real soon!
Cheers - Todd & Sarah
